PREREQUISITE:    GrowthClimate BASICS: The Anatomy of Relationships.

This group is designed to aid parents who have family members struggling with drug, alcohol, or other addictions.  The group will address the ups and downs of the world that has entrapped their loved ones.  Learn how to help without enabling or exacerbating the illness.  Learn when and how to be a support without taking responsibility that needs to stay in the hands of the victims.  Most importantly learn how to process your own emotional roller coasters so that you do not lose your voice, your sense of direction, or your better judgment while the family passes through these ever-widening and demanding community crises. 

Our country is experiencing an epidemic, and families can make a difference.  Old wounds can heal; broken promises can mend.  It takes two to do it.  Learn how to be OK with yourself even if a dear one chooses to walk the path of pain.  Regardless of the problem, remember that RELATIONSHIPS COME FIRST!  Learn how to do relationships and you can make a difference!

WORKSHOP FEES:

$ 100. prepaid on-line registration.
